What about the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)?
The Seaport Striders’ Board of Directors has reviewed the best available scientific recommendations and relevant emergency proclamations. We have concluded we can no longer conduct the St. Patrick’s Day Run on March 21, 2020 and have decided to cancel the 2020 St. Patrick’s Day Run. It is not a decision we take lightly. We realize you were looking forward to the run, as we were. In the coming weeks, we will reach out to those who pre-registered with the available options and will work with you to make the situation right. We greatly appreciate your understanding during this unpredictable time. Please take care of yourself, check on those around you, and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

I’m not a fast runner, can I still join?
Absolutely! We have runners, walkers, stroller pushers, dog walkers, and others in the group. Please don’t feel intimidated by your current level of physical fitness (fast or slow), we would love to have you join us for a weekly event or formal run.
Do I have to join the Seaport Striders to run with you?
No. If you run with us regularly and want a discount on our formal runs, we invite you to join, but membership is not necessary. Modest membership dues help cover fees (like insurance) which are necessary to keep the club going.
