Registration Fees: All registration fees are non-refundable and non deferrable. In limited circumstances, at the discretion of the race director, a transfer to another participant with the same or a lower registration fee may be arranged.
Merchandise: All merchandise is available for pickup on the day of the event. We seek to minimize unsold items to help keep fees reasonable. Orders placed after the deadline will be accommodated if we have sufficient items. If you have purchased merchandise, and we do not have an item to fulfill your order, we will provide a refund of the merchandise amount (plus any sales tax). Any service fees are not refundable. Items ordered, and not picked up on the day of the event, may be mailed, at your expense, within 30 days of the event. Please contact the race director to make arrangements.
