  FREE\, no shirts\, no numbers. This is a self-timed event for some ‘mor
 ning-after’ fun! Self-Supported run with no water stations on course.\n\
 nCourse: Both runs will start at the Lewiston Confluence. The four-mile ru
 n will be an out and back just past the North Lewiston Memorial Bridge. Th
 e nine-mile run will be an out and back to the boat launch area near the S
 tinker Store. Map\n\nAwards: None. If there will be a post-run brunch\, it
  will be announced at the start of the run.\n\nMembership: Seaport Strider
 s Club Membership is $10.00 per person or $20 per family (living in same h
